Crean's Irish Larger

Crean’s Irish Lager, brought to you by the Dingle Brewing Company, is a celebration of the legacy of polar explorer Tom Crean who retired from the navy in 1920 and moved back to his home town of Annascaul, Co. Kerry where he ran a quiet public house with his wife until his eventual death in 1938. The lager is brewed in the old Creamery in Dingle, which was first opened in 1888 and quickly established itself as a vital commercial centre for the Peninsula. Today, mindful of its cherished place in the hearts and minds of locals, Dingle Brewing Company has lovingly restored the old building and is proud to have created within its walls a new source of employment and economic well-being for the community.
